The use of any service or feature available through Yatri Suvidha Kendra is owned by M/s Response Cargo Movers Private Limited, a company existing under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 38, Zero Road, Praygraj, Uttar Pradesh-211003
1. Services
www.yatrisuvidha.org serving under the flagship of Yatri Suvidha Kendra existing at different Indian Railway Platforms provides a technology platform that allows customers to book different kinds of travel related services online from the web platform for the purpose of ease in travel experience. Yatri Suvidha provides a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to:
a. Premium porter service for passengers at designated stations.
b. Providing wheelchairs to passengers at designated stations.
c. Providing airport-type luggage trolleys to passengers at designated stations/platforms.
d. Providing taxi service for passengers at any station over Indian Railways.
e. Providing hotel/retiring room bookings for passengers at any location over Indian Railways.
f. Providing tourist information to passengers.
g. Providing essential services on demand to passengers on board, such as branded water bottles, OTC medicines, sanitary pads, diapers, and hot milk for children at MRP plus a service charge of Rs. 20. These will be delivered while the train is at the platform. The applicable service charge of Rs. 20 will be pre-intimated to the passenger to avoid any disputes.
h. Assisting passengers in booking online tickets for onward/return journeys using the ID of the concerned passengers.
i. Guiding passengers to order food through the IRCTC app.
j. Drop and pickup facility from home to railway station and back at designated stations.
k. Providing feedback to Railway Commercial Control regarding cleanliness, watering, and other onboard services.
l. Conveying passenger complaints/grievances to Railway Commercial Control for attention.
m. Providing the services of a medical practitioner at the station or onboard on demand.
n. Any other passenger service with the approval of DRM/NCR/PRYJ.

www.Yatri Suvidha Kendra services are being offered/tele-marketed by third parties like Direct Sale Agents and Channel Partners etc. information dissemination in such cases may vary from original content and are disclaimed. Therefore customers are advised to confirm all information provided by third parties via our call center nos. __________ or by our email info@yatrisuvidha.org or by visiting our website at www.yatrisuvidha.org.
3. Changes to Terms or Services
We may update the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by notifying you through email, text or other communications. If you continue to use the Services after we have posted updated Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the updated Terms, then, you may not use the Services anymore. Because our Services are evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Who May Use the Services?
(A) Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with www.yatrisuvidha.org and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
www.yatrisuvidha.org services are currently available only in the cities connected to railway stations located in North Central Region Division of Indian Railways. Currently this excludes the other regions & Rest of India. Please ensure that the services are booked for the cities where this service is currently operational.
(B) Registration and Your Information
1. In order to use the Services, you’ll need an account (“Account”) created via the login process of Mobile & Email. You agree to keep your Account information accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.
2. Please ensure that you fill in the correct details (First name, Last Name, Mobile number, Email ID and Address) as all the communication are linked and shared to the shared contact details.
5. Service Text Messages
As your Mobile phone number to www.yatrisuvidha.org (either online or via text message) to use the Services and agree to receive communications from www.yatrisuvidha.org, you specifically authorize www.yatrisuvidha.org to send text messages to your phone.
8. General Prohibitions
You agree not to do any of the following:
(A) Use, display, mirror or frame the Services or any individual element within the Services, www.yatrisuvidha.org name, any www.yatrisuvidha.org trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without www.yatrisuvidha.org express written consent;
(B) Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services;

10. Payments/Modes/Refunds and Online Wallet
www.yatrisuvidha.org requires payment (“Payment”) of a fee for use of the Services. Specific fees will be outlined on the website at www.yatrisuvidha.org. Payments are accepted online, in Cash or via Point of Sales Machine.
When the Customer books a service by using our call centre or website or point of sale counter all the services payments can be made in cash or via Point of Sales Machine.
When you make a Payment (a “Transaction”), you expressly authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you for such Transaction. We may ask you to supply additional information relevant to your Transaction, including your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and your email and postal addresses for billing and notification (such information, “Payment Information”). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such Payment Information. When you initiate a Transaction, you authorize us to provide your Payment Information to third parties so we can complete your Transaction and to charge your payment method for the type of Transaction you have selected (plus any applicable taxes and other charges). You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your Transaction (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information).
11. Promotional Offers and Schemes
We may launch various promotional offers and schemes through the website from time to time and discontinue it in our sole discretion. The Customer who claims any benefits based on such promotional offers and schemes shall be evaluated on the parameter and scope of the then existing policy at the discretion of the Company. If the claim is initiated by the Customer it might take 5 to 7 working days for processing and we might ask for additional documents as per requirement of the then existing policy.
12. Location-Enabled Features
Certain location-enabled functionality made available in the Site is provided by Google Inc., Apple Inc., and other third-party providers. Your use of that functionality may be subject to additional terms and conditions (as updated from time-to-time). You must exercise your own judgment as to the adequacy and appropriateness of the information. All location-based information is provided entirely “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.
13. Accuracy and Integrity of Information
Although www.yatrisuvidha.org attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Platform, it makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Platform and Content thereon. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless www.yatrisuvidha.org and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services or (ii) your violation of these Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
(A) www.yatrisuvidha.org will not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or damages for lost profits, lost revenues, lost savings, lost business opportunity, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute services of any kind arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not www.yatrisuvidha.org or any other party has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
(B) In no event will www.yatrisuvidha.org total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content exceed the amounts you have paid to www.yatrisuvidha.org for use of the services or content or Rs. One Hundred (Rs. 100), if you have not had any payment obligations to www.yatrisuvidha.org, as applicable.
(C) The exclusions and limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between www.www.yatrisuvidha.org and you.
18. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the Laws of India, for all Disputes that arise in between you and www.yatrisuvidha.org shall be resolved through arbitration by Sole Arbitrator as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended) with venue at New Delhi. The courts located in New Delhi shall have sole jurisdiction, also you and www.yatrisuvidha.org each waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
18. General Terms
(A) Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between www.www.yatrisuvidha.org and you regarding the Services and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Www.yatrisuvidha.org and you regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
(B) Notices
Any notices or other communications provided by www.yatrisuvidha.org under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Services. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
(C) Waiver of Rights
www.yatrisuvidha.org’ failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of www.yatrisuvidha.org. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
